Italian driver Luca Filippi firmly believe he "should be linked" by a Formula One team.
Filippi, who tests for Minardi in 2005 and Honda in 2007, says he's not give up on his hopes of securing an F1 seat, even if it is as a preserve driver, in 2011.
"I'm seriously functioning to find a place in F1, no matter if it's as a experiment driver," said Filippi.
"I previously did that for Honda F1 in 2008, and I think that with what I have shown through out my career I should be connected to an F1 team today.
